Anderson-Prichard Oil Corp.
Road Number NATX 7018

This three dome tank car is painted aluminum on the upper part of the tank and black on the lower. Lettered in black with
Bettendorf trucks, this tanker was built in January 1932 by American Car & Foundry in Milton, PA. The vast majority of
tankers through the steam era were single-compartment cars for transporting 6,000 to 10,000 gallons of one commodity.
The three-dome tank cars were designed to carry smaller quantities of multiple products, such as several grades of motor oil,
gasoline or chemicals to be shipped in one car.

Illinois Central Gulf
Road Number ICG 511308

This 50’ standard box car with single Superior door and no roof walk is painted orange with large black logo and lettering,
and runs on black Barber® roller bearing trucks. Illinois Central Gulf railroad was formed by the merger of the Illinois
Central Railroad Company and the Gulf, Mobile, and Ohio Railroad Company in 1972. After merging, the railroad operated
in 13 states. Today, the IC ships freight and operates passenger trains for Amtrak. It was a subsidiary of IC Industries, Inc.
(later Whitman Corp.), a holding company formed in 1962. The railroad was privatized in 1989 and merged with Canadian
National Railway Company (CN) in 1999.

Road Number D&H 9471

This 33’ twin bay hopper with offset sides is painted box car red with white herald and lettering. It was built by Bethlehem
Steel in April 1967 and runs on Bettendorf trucks. Hopper 9471 was serviced and repainted oxide red with D&H billboard
scheme at Oneonta, NY, in March 1971. Hoppers like these carried a variety of loads including coal, iron ore and ballast.

Florida East Coast
Road Number FEC 3842

This 50’ steel side, 15-panel fixed end gondola is painted beige with white lettering and carries a sand load. It was built in
May 1968, serviced in 2001 and runs on roller bearing trucks. This gondola was originally part of a 50-car series in general
service to FEC. Many in this series were converted for specialized uses such as corn, aggregate and cement, hay or cross ties.
Five of these cars were entered into MOW service and renumbered 3841, 3842, 3855, 3856 and 3865.

Road Number LV 62008

This 40’ standard box car with single door is painted box car red with white lettering. It displays the black diamond ‘LV’ logo
and runs on black Bettendorf trucks. Built June of 1947 by Pullman-Standard Car Manufacturing, this series of cars was the
first delivered for one of the most successful freight car designs, the PS-1 box car. Over 76,000 PS-1s were built by Pullman-
Standard between 1947 and 1968.

Road Number C&O 21463

This 50’ standard box car with Youngstown door wears two of the experimental paint schemes, each side with color blocks
of unique dimensions. This car, third of six in the ‘Cameo Car Series,’ was built in May 1956 by Pullman Standard and runs
on roller bearing trucks. All of the Cameo Series car designs feature varying widths of yellow striping along with monograms
and the recently adopted “Futura Demi-Bold” font.

Northwest Territories Province Car
Road Number NT 1870

This 50’ standard box car with single Superior door is car #12 of a series representing each of the Canadian
provinces and territories. It displays the Gyr Falcon and Mountain Avens flower, the Northwest Territories official
territorial bird and flower. The flag of the Northwest Territories is in the background. The road number 1870
represents the year the Northwest Territories joined the Confederation.

Road Numbers ATSF 90820 / 90835

These 50’ flat cars with straight sides, side mount brake wheels and steel plate loads are painted box car red with
white lettering and run on archbar trucks. The American Car & Foundry built these flat cars in December of 1929. The
ampersand in the road number hints at the cars’ age; the railroad excluded that character from its road numbers in
1938. Santa Fe began life as a line following the Santa Fe Trail, assisting westward-bound immigrants.

Road Number 622 / 660

These GP35 powered locomotives are painted MP blue with white logos, lettering and chevron stripes on the ends.
First built in the early 1960s they were the first locos to bear the large white eagles (known as the Screaming
Eagle or Turbo-Eagle), a distinct new symbol of the company during the diesel era. The eagles were eventually
integrated into the company logo by the mid and late 1970s.

Road Numbers MP 123392 / 123406

These 40’ box cars with single Youngstown door, short ladders and no roof walk are painted MP brown with white
lettering and large white ‘buzzsaw’ logos. They run on brown Bettendorf trucks. Built in August of 1950, these
are two of 27 cars originally built by Pullman-Standard, Michigan City, for the NYC. Serviced and repainted at
Palestine, TX, in April of 1967, this small series lasted into the early 1980s.

Road Numbers CN 622270 / 622278

These 60’ bulkhead flat cars are painted freight car red with white lettering and run on brown Barber® roller
bearing trucks. Canadian National, incorporated on June 6, 1919, was the result of a merger of the Canadian
Northern and the Canadian Government Railway It is North America’s largest railroad with track reaching from the
Land of Evangeline to the majestic pine-covered Pacific Coast. Canadian National operates the only railway that
enters the frozen tundra of the Northwest Territories.

Western Pacific®
Road Numbers WP 3004 / 3008

These 50’ box cars with double doors are painted Western Pacific brown with two logos: Large silver feather with DF
Loader letters; and the Western Pacific ‘Feather River’ logo in black and silver. Lettering is in silver. The cars were
built in April 1954 by Pullman-Standard and run on roller bearing trucks. The last 10 cars of a 100-car order were
numbered into the 3001-3010 series. Equipped with Evans DF belt rails and cross member-type loaders, they were
suitable for general service. They wore silver lettering and a large silver feather, overlaid with stacked yellow DF
letters to advertise their special equipment. By the mid 1970s the cars were re-equipped and re-numbered.
