50' Standard Box Car, w/ Plug & Sliding Door

This Class B-70-16 combination double-door car with Roller Bearing trucks was built in 1962 for Southern Pacifi c. It featured a yellow door, indicating
the car was used for paper service. It also featured a Hydra-Cu shion underframe. Southern Pacifi c was a Class 1 railroad from 1865 until 1996, when it
was absorbed by Union Pacifi c after falling on hard times fi nancially in the 1970s and 1980s.
