Position Statement Regarding Graffiti

Due to legal constraints, Micro-Trains can no longer add prototypical graffiti art to our rail cars.


Pricing Policy

All pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, products, and services based on factors such as market conditions, product unavailability, and errors in advertising.


Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via FedEx or USPS. Delivery charges are calculated at the time of order. Free Shipping applies to orders over $200 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments). Available shipping options include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Standard Overnight, USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or USPS Air Mail.

Micro-Seasons items do not qualify for free shipping.


Return & Refund Policies

At Micro-Trains Line Co, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order, we offer the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Pre-Order Deposits

Deposits made for pre-ordered items are non-refundable. These deposits are required to reserve your item, and unfortunately, they cannot be refunded once processed, regardless of changes in customer circumstances.

Damaged Merchandise

If your package arrives damaged, please do not sign for it or accept delivery. If the damage is discovered after acceptance, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at 800-422-5526 or onlinesales@micro-trains.com. We will either replace the item or issue a refund if it is unavailable.

Flawed or Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective items, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund. In some cases, the item may need to be returned to us at our expense.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or flawed products that cannot be replaced. Pre-order deposits are non-refundable, and standard products that are simply unsatisfactory cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Instructions

For returns, please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Returns sent without Return Approval will not be processed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please contact us immediately at 800-422-5526 or onlinesales@micro-trains.com. We will check tracking and assist you with a refund or replacement.
